PLEASE READ

We have a few simple and easy rules and suggestions:

· By making a reservation, you are confirming your agreement to the terms and conditions as outlined on this page and also the rental terms and methods of payment as outlined on our "Rates" page.

· Private Beach Resort assumes no liability for theft or injuries while you are our guests.

· Keys must be returned on departure.

· The cost of repair or replacement (beyond the normal wear and tear) as a result of damage or misuse will be assumed to be your cost. Such repair or replacement will be figured at actual cost of repair or replacement plus 20%. These charges will first be applied to your security/damage deposit, after which they will be charged to your credit card on file.

· Any extraordinary cleaning that needs to be done in order to restore the rental unit to its pristine condition, will be charged to your credit card or will be deducted from your security deposit. We try to furnish you with extra features; all we ask is that you respect that effort.

· You are asked to leave on the agreed date by noon; check in is usually after 3 p.m.

· If you would like to stay longer, please contact us at least 48 hrs ahead of check out time. We will TRY to accommodate you if possible.

· No smoking on elevators.

· Please use Trash Shoots at each stair well.

· Respect the property of Gulf Island Resorts and the property of neighbors in adjoining units.

· Turn off lights and Air Conditioning upon leaving; also lock doors when going out.

· Upon check-out, please leave keys either with owners (if present) or on kitchen counter top in the rental condo unit. Please secure and lock the bottom locks as you leave.

· We charge for unreturned keys. Report any damage to Condo owners.

· No smoking allowed in units.

· Please note that there are some restrictions that apply if using garage parking. Please ask what these are upon arrival.

· The minimum stay is one week.

· We may require minimum stays around Holidays - please inquire.

· You must be 21 years and over to make a reservation to stay at our Condo Unit.

· No throwing or allowing any items to fall from the balcony area.
