*9% Florida Tax will apply to all rentals.

**All Damage Deposits are refunded upon cancellation.

***On weekly rentals, only cancellations made 90 days prior to arrival date will receive a full refund of all deposits, minus expenses incurred.
****On monthly rentals, only cancellations made 4 months prior to arrival date will receive a full refund of all deposits, minus expenses incurred.

*****Payment is to be made in full upon check-in and no refunds are given for early departures.

Repeat visitors are always entitled to a 3% discount
