$495.00 for 7-night stay - April 1 - January 1
$1600 for 1-month stay - May 1 - October 31 $1650 for 1-month stay - November, December, January, April $1750 for 1-month stay - February 1 - March 31	FULL PAYMENT FOR PERIOD OF STAY IS REQUIRED UPON CHECK-IN.
For 7-night minimum stay - request Sunday-to-Sunday. Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. $65.00 one-time cleaning fee may apply.
	PAYMENT CAN BE MADE WITH CREDIT CARDS, MONEY ORDERS, TRAVELERS' CHECKS, CASHIER'S CHECKS OR CASH.
	NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED UPON CHECK-IN.
LONG TERM RENTALS CONSIDERED 3 MONTHS OR LONGER at discounted rates	(If you wish to pay with a personal check, please ensure that full payment is received up to 14 days prior to check-in.)

**All Damage Deposits are refunded upon cancellation.

***On weekly rentals, cancellation must be made 90 days prior to arrival date to receive a full refund of all deposits, minus expenses incurred.
On monthly rentals, cancellation must be made 4 months prior to arrival date to receive a full refund of all deposits, minus expenses incurred.

****Payment is to be made in full upon check-in and

no refunds are given for early departures due to possible lost bookings.
