1. Am I allowed to smoke in Unit?

No, this is a non-smoking unit. You must go out of the Unit to smoke, also note, smoking is not allowed on elevators.

2. What is provided, and what do I need to bring?

A fully furnished kitchen is provided and a supply of linens and towels etc. However, you may want to bring any personal sports equipment that you prefer, such as, golf clubs, wind-surfers, kayak, jet-skies, fishing pole etc. Charters and Party boats generally provide fishing equipment that you may need when fishing at sea.

3. Can I bring our pet?

This is discussed on a case-by-case basis. An additional deposit may be required. Approval is expected before arrival. Small dogs may be allowed however, cats are not allowed. There is a pet walk area for bathroom visits. You are expected to pick up droppings during outside bathroom walks and ensure proper disposal.

4. Where can I park?

There are numerous places to park. There is one restriction, concerning garage parking - ask about it upon arrival.

5. Are there boat rental places close to the Condo?

Yes, you can rent a boat or organize a charter or party boat.

6. How far are the dinning establishments?

There are literally dozens to pick from - in less than five easy drive miles from the Condo. A lot of them are even closer than that. For your convenience we have compiled a book and placed it on coffee table in the living room with menus from all the local restaurants. You can choose from "fresh seafood" restaurants by the docks or pick from dinner theaters, steak houses, Mexican, Chinese, Italian, British, Greek. Not to mention, there are many types of fast food places offering Cuban, Chinese, Deli food etc. Just let your taste buds go wild and treat yourself a few times during, your stay. A MUST-STOP is Tarpon Springs sponge docks for a great Greek gyro.

7. Do you have maid services?

No, sorry, during your stay you will be responsible to maintain the cleanliness of the Condo. There are laundry areas, one floor up and one floor down, for your personal needs.
